SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship from three locations to best serve our global customers:

  • New Zealand orders are shipped from Auckland using NZ Post.

  • Australian orders are shipped from Sydney using Australia Post.

  • European orders are shipped from London (UK) using Royal Mail.


Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched daily at 9 AM local time. Any order placed the day before, up until this time, will be shipped the next morning. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is on its way.

Please note: Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local delivery conditions, or carrier delays.

Delivery Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. You can update your address within two hours of order placement using our editing portal. We cannot resend orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.


Shipping Issues
For tracking or delivery issues, please contact NZ Post, Aus Post, or Royal Mail/FedEx directly. If your parcel is lost or damaged, or you’ve received a faulty product, contact us at care@metarepair.co.


Processing Time
We aim to fulfil and dispatch orders within two business days (excluding public holidays or busy sales periods). Shipping estimates do not include processing time.
