At MetaRepair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please email us at care@metarepair.co – we’re here to help! Please include your order number or full name in your email.


Refunds & Replacements

We will issue a refund or replacement if the item you ordered from our website arrives damaged or if the incorrect item was sent.


Satisfaction Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a satisfaction guarantee on our full-price functional blends, provided the following conditions are met:

  • It’s less than 30 days since your parcel was delivered;

  • You have not used more than three servings;

  • You have taken the product as directed;

  • It’s the first time you have ordered this specific product or flavor;

  • You have not returned more than two items before.

If your item meets these criteria, please note the following steps:

  1. Email care@metarepair.co to organize a return.

  2. You will cover the shipping cost of returning the item to us.

  3. We will process a refund once we receive the returned item.

  4. Original order shipping costs are not refundable.
